1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jebaz ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user of the platform ("you", "user"). jebaz is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides cricket, football, slot games, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh.

Although these terms are drafted in English, the Bengali version published for Bangladeshi users shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text will take precedence.

By accessing or using any part of the platform, you automatically consent to accepting these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on the jebaz platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Only individuals aged 21+ may register on this platform.
• Identity: You must register using your real identity. Registration under a false or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: You must have the legal and mental capacity to enter into this agreement.
• No Duplicate Accounts: Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.

jebaz reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on the jebaz platform, you must provide accurate and truthful information. It is mandatory to correctly fill in your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details. jebaz reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

3.2 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you believe someone else has obtained your account credentials, notify the jebaz support team immediately.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account. jebaz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use. Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on the jebaz platform:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum deposit ৳100

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Funds will be sent to the payment method registered to your account.

Before processing a withdrawal, jebaz reserves the right to verify identity and payment details. If fraud is suspected, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

Please provide accurate information when making transactions. Funds sent to an incorrect account number may not be recoverable. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact [email protected] immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jebaz offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met to claim the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
• Claiming multiple bonuses under the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• jebaz reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jebaz reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on the jebaz platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• jebaz's decision shall be considered final when determining outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

jebaz offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets are available for international tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. The latest information on bet types, odds, and limits is regularly updated on the platform.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other users or staff.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through match fixing or manipulation.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

jebaz accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
• Events beyond jebaz's control (Force Majeure).

11 Changes to Terms

12 Account Closure

12.1 Closure at User's Request

12.2 Closure Initiated by jebaz

jebaz reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, jebaz is under no obligation to explain the reason for closure.
